Inhale, Exhale

The moon is waning now and I feel myself bringing its light into my soul. This reminds me of a meditation called Gathering Qi …

Stand up and with your arms out to the side and your palms facing inward towards the sides of your body.

While inhaling, raising your arms and hands slowly.

As you reach your shoulders, rotate your palms upwards and raise your arms up over you head.

Exhale slowly as you let your ams float down in front of you with your palms facing down. As you relax into your feel, bend your knees, slightly to soften your “landing”.

Repeat.

And Repeat again.

Repeat as often as needed.

There is an in-between moment when your arms are overhead just before you exhale …do you feel it?
